Perfect flour-free pie: what to add to the dough
This pie is a real deal for those who love sweets but don't like a lot of extra calories. The dessert is made with natural yogurt, which makes the cake tender and moderately moist. And to make it tall and fluffy, it is only important to prepare the eggs properly.

Ingredients:
- eggs - 5 pcs
- sugar - 100 g (50 g for whites, 50 g for yolks)
- vanilla sugar - 1 p
- lemon zest
- thick yogurt - 340 g
- starch - 5 tbsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
Method of preparation:
1. Separate the whites from the yolks.
2. Beat the whites with the sugar until fluffy and white.
3. Add the rest of the sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon zest to the yolks. Mix until the mixture turns white.
4. Add the yogurt. Mix well.
5. Add starch and baking powder. Mix well.
6. Add the egg whites to the resulting mass. Mix well.
7. Put in a baking dish covered with parchment. Bake at 170 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

- semolina - 200 g
- kefir - 200 ml
- sugar - 150 g
- butter - 100 g
- eggs - 2 pcs
- vanilla - 1 g
- baking powder - 10 g
Method of preparation:
1. Pour kefir over semolina and leave for 30 minutes.
2. Combine sugar, melted butter and eggs in a separate bowl. Beat with a blender or whisk until smooth.
3. Add baking powder and vanilla to the mixture. Mix well.
4. Combine the resulting mass with semolina. Beat again until smooth.
5. Pour into a mold. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
