Ingredients:
- Cornstarch - 60 g
- Sugar - 30 g
- Milk - 170 ml
- Salt - a pinch
- Decor or flavoring additives - optional
Method of preparation:
- Mix sugar, salt and starch.
- Heat the milk and pour it over the mixture.
- Pour the mixture through a sieve into a saucepan. In no case should there be lumps. Put on the fire and stir constantly, bringing the mass to homogeneity.
- When the milk mass has cooled slightly, make balls. You can roll them in cocoa, or coconut flakes, or choose any decor you like.
