Pasta is one of the fastest, most satisfying, and delicious dishes. It can be prepared with minced meat, seafood, cheese, vegetables, and sauces.
The cook shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious pasta with mussels and vegetable-fried tomato paste.
Ingredients:
- spaghetti
- 25 g of butter
- 1 onion
- 400 g of mussels
- 4-5 tbsp of tomato paste
- Provencal herbs
- salt, pepper
- Parmesan cheese (for serving)
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the spaghetti.
2. Add a piece of butter to the pan and melt it, add finely chopped onion and fry for 4-5 minutes. Add the thawed mussels, fry for a few minutes, and add the tomato paste, salt, and spices, mix well, and cook for another 5 minutes.
3. Add spaghetti, mix, and sprinkle with Parmesan.
