Pancakes "3 cups": they will be thin, but will not tear
To make homemade pancakes tasty, thin, and not torn, cooks advise adding baking soda to the base and be sure to add butter or oil. You can use any fillings for the filling.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for very simple and delicious, thin pancakes requiring a minimum of ingredients.
Ingredients:
- Flour – 1 cup
- Milk – 1 cup
- Boiling water – 1 cup
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Oil – 2 tbsp.
- Sugar – 4 tbsp.
- Salt – 1/4 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix eggs with sugar and salt
2. Add the sifted flour and milk in parts, stirring constantly with a whisk to avoid lumps.
3. Next, add boiling water and oil. The dough will be liquid, as it should be.
4. Pour the batter into a hot dry frying pan and fry the pancakes until golden brown.
