Olha Sumska shares a recipe for amazing vegetable lasagna
What better time to cook delicious, hearty, vegetable dishes than in the fall, when all the vegetables are ripe and full of vitamins. It is best to eat them as much as possible in their raw form, but if you decide to cook something, then choose cooking techniques that will injure the vegetables the least.
Actress and TV presenter Olha Sumska shared a recipe on Instagram for a truly autumnal and healthy dish – lasagna without a gram of flour, which will turn out to be very successful.
Ingredients:
- zucchini - 1-2 pcs.
- any minced meat - 500 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- tomatoes - 2-4 pcs.
- hard cheese - 150-200 g
- oil - 1-2 tbsp.
- parsley - 1 bunch
- spices - to taste
Method of preparation:
Wash the zucchini and cut into thin slices. Wash, dry, and cut the tomatoes in half. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, chop the onion.
Heat a frying pan, add a little oil, fry the onion until golden brown, add the minced meat and mash it well, add spices, and fry until tender.
Add the tomato halves and mix thoroughly. In a separate frying pan, fry the zucchini slices in oil. Take a baking dish, grease it with a little oil, and put the layers: first, fried zucchini slices, then minced meat, sprinkle it with hard cheese, zucchini again, and top with cheese and tomatoes.
Put the lasagna in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 C. The dish will be very tasty, low-calorie, but extremely satisfying.
