Liver cake
Ingredients:
- liver
- eggs - 3 pcs
- milk
- flour - 3 tbsp
- oil for frying
- salt, black pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
- Rinse the liver, and remove all films.
- Grind the liver in a meat grinder.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. It should have the consistency of thick sour cream.
- Bake in a frying pan like pancakes.
