But don't forget about healthy cereals, such as oatmeal, rice, bulgur, buckwheat, which are an additional source of vitamins.

Ravshan Khamidov, a participant of the Hell's Kitchen reality TV show (New Channel), shared his signature recipe for a healthy breakfast of oatmeal and parmesan that will energize you for the whole day.

Ingredients:

  • Oatmeal - 50 g
  • Almond milk - 150 ml
  • Salt - 5 g
  • Butter - 10 g
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 g
  • Ristretto (a type of coffee) - 1 serving

Method of preparation:

  1. Combine the oatmeal with almond milk and bring to a simmer over low heat.
  2. Turn off the heat, add soft butter, grated or chopped Parmesan cheese and mix gently, add salt to taste.

It is better to serve this oatmeal with ristretto, pour it directly into the porridge, mix and eat.
