If you want to make a delicious but light and low-calorie pie, it is best to use oatmeal and fruit instead of sugar.

Nutritionist Svitlana Fus shared a recipe for a healthy apple pie on Instagram that will not harm either your figure or your health.

Ingredients:

  • Oatmeal - 50 g
  • Cottage cheese - 200 g
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Apples - 2 pcs.
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • Vanilla - to taste
  • Cinnamon - a pinch

Method of preparation:

  1. Grind the cereal to a flour state, add baking powder, vanilla, and mix.
  2. Beat the eggs well to make them fluffy, add the cottage cheese and mix.
  3. Wash the apples well and cut them into large pieces, sprinkle with cinnamon, and mix.
  4. Add the apples to the finished dough and pour it into the mold, put it in the oven for 50 minutes at 200 C.

It is better to eat the finished cake when it has cooled down.
