Not only sirloin: what to make budget and tasty kebabs with
It turns out that traditional barbecue can be made not only from sirloin but also from chicken gizzards. And although this dish is more budgetary in comparison, it is not inferior in taste: the kebab is juicy, tender and satisfying.
Chef Valeriy (ponomar_valeriy) shared a recipe for chicken gizzard kebabs on his Instagram page.

Ingredients:
- chicken gizzards - 1 kg
- onion - 2 pcs
- salt - 2 tsp
- ground coriander - 1 tsp.
Budget chicken gizzard kebabs

- ground paprika - 2\3 tbsp.
- olive oil - 3 tbsp.
- beer - 0.5 liters
- pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the gizzards.

2. Cut onion into half rings.
3. Combine everything. Pour beer over and leave to marinate for 2 hours.

4. Drain the liquid. Add spices and oil. Marinate for about 30 minutes.
5. Skewer the gizzards without onion.
