Ingredients:

  • boiled beets - 2 pcs.
  • canned corn - 400 g
  • red onion - 1 pc.
  • juice of half a lemon
  • parsley
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the beets, and cut into cubes.
