These lazy puffs are a great help when you don't know what to make for breakfast or a snack, or just for coffee and tea. The best part is that you don't need to prepare the dough and bother with baking.

Food blogger Olha Holovina (olha.holovina) shared a recipe for lazy puffs made of pita bread with cheese and herbs on her Instagram page.

Recipe for lazy pita puffs with cheese and herbs

Ingredients:

  • pita bread – 2 pcs
  • cottage cheese – 300 g
  • hard cheese – 70 g
  • eggs – 2 pcs
  • milk – 60 ml
  • herbs (dill, green onions, parsley)
  • salt
What to cook with pita bread

Method of preparation:

1. First, prepare some ingredients: grate hard cheese, and chop the greens.

2. Mix cottage cheese and hard cheese, herbs and salt. Stir well.

3. Beat eggs with milk separately.

4. Cut the pita bread into 5-centimeter wide pieces. Put the filling on the pita bread and roll it up.
