Ingredients
- New potatoes
- Oil
- Butter
- Garlic
- Dill
- Salt
How to cook
1. Peel, wash and boil the new potatoes in salted water until tender.
Pour the oil into a saucepan.

2. Drain the water from the potatoes, and add the oil and butter to the pot in which they were cooked. Melt over low heat.
Add garlic and greens.

3. Immediately return the potatoes to the pan, sprinkle with dill and garlic and mix well.
