Mushroom cream soup with chicken broth: a step-by-step recipe that is easy to repeat
Mushroom cream soup is made from mushrooms, onions, butter, and chicken broth.

To prepare it, we will need:
- 90 g of butter;
- 2 medium onions, cut into large cubes;
- 1 chopped clove of garlic;
- 500 g of finely chopped mushrooms;
- 2 tablespoons of flour;
- 1 liter of chicken broth;
- 1 bay leaf;
- 4 tablespoons of cream;
- a bunch of parsley;
Preparation:
1. Heat the oil in a saucepan and add the onion, fry it for 8-10 minutes.
2. Add the chopped mushrooms, sprinkle with flour, and pour the broth. Bring the mixture to a boil, adding the bay leaf.
3. Remove the bay leaf, remove the pan from the heat, use an immersion blender to whip the mass, add the cream, and mix. You can pour the soup into bowls and garnish with herbs.
