More delicious than meat: cutlets made from eggs, with cheese and breadcrumbs in 10 minutes
Cutlets can be made not only from meat and fish, but also from canned fish, vegetables, liver, and boiled eggs.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious and satisfying cutlets made from boiled eggs with grated cheese on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- boiled eggs - 5 pcs.
- cheese - 60 g
- zucchini - 1 pc.
- carrots - 1 pc.
- spices: pepper, salt - to taste
- egg - 1 pc.
- breadcrumbs - 4-5 tbsp.
For breading:
- flour
- egg
- breadcrumbs
Method of preparation:
1. Mash the boiled eggs well. Add finely grated hard cheese, grated zucchini, carrots, spices, raw egg, breadcrumbs and mix until smooth.
2. Form the patties, first roll in flour, then in a beaten egg, and finally in breadcrumbs, and fry on both sides in a frying pan heated with oil until golden brown over low heat.
The cutlets are ready!
