Ingredients
- Eggs – 2 pcs
- Sugar – 100 gr
- Vanilla sugar – 1 packet
- Sour-milk world – 250 g
- Flour – 300 gr
- Baking powder – 8 gr
- Soda – 2 g
- Oil for frying
- Powdered sugar for sprinkling
Method of preparation
1. It is important that all ingredients are at room temperature. Beat the egg, sugar, and vanilla sugar with a whisk until smooth.
2. Add the cottage cheese. Mix well. Add flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Knead the dough. The amount of flour may vary depending on the moisture content of the cottage cheese. The dough should be a little sticky.
3. Sprinkle flour on a work surface and roll out the dough, about 1.5 cm thick.
4. Cut out circles with a diameter of 4 cm.
5. Fry in vegetable oil, stirring, until golden brown.
6. Put on a paper towel to remove excess oil from the top. Cool and roll in powdered sugar.
