Mimosa salad with mayonnaise in a new way: how to serve a familiar salad in an interesting way
Mimosa salad is one of the most delicious home-made salads on a par with Olivier and Dressed herring. Traditionally, it is based on fish or canned fish, eggs, vegetables and mayonnaise. You can make this salad in a new way by changing the presentation.

Ingredients:
- canned food in oil - 1 b (230 g)
- potatoes - 1 pc
- carrots - 2 pcs
- onions - 0.5 pcs
- eggs - 2 pcs
- hard cheese - 80 g
- green onions
- soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
- sesame seeds - 70 g
- salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Drain the oil from the sardines and mash with a fork.
2. Boil the potatoes, carrots and eggs in advance. When ready, grate them on a fine grater to the sardines.
3. Also grate the hard cheese.
4. Chop the onions and green onions. Add to the total mass.
5. Add soy sauce, salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Mix well. The mass should be quite dense.
6. Lightly toast the sesame seeds in a frying pan until golden brown.
6. Form balls from the resulting mass and roll in sesame seeds.
