The only important thing is to choose high-quality crab sticks and not to tamp the salad too much to make it tender, airy, and not clogged.

Ingredients:

• eggs - 2 pcs
• crab sticks - 4 pcs
• processed cheese - 1\2 pcs
• butter - 30 g
• mayonnaise

Method of preparation:

1. Pre-boil eggs. Separate the whites from the yolks.

2. Crab sticks, butter and cheese should be frozen.

3. Grate all ingredients on a fine grater.

4. Layer the salad in the following order: whites, mayonnaise, crab sticks, mayonnaise, butter, yolks, and mayonnaise.

5. Garnish the salad with a crab stick and leave to stand in the refrigerator.
