Dogwood is a very tasty and healthy autumn berry, the flesh of which contains many useful substances: organic acids (malic and citric), flavonoids, tannins, vitamins A, P and C, as well as fiber, pectins, essential oil and glycosides. It is worth noting that dogwood makes delicious jam and sauces for meat.

Ingredients:

  • Dogwood 1 kg
  • Vinegar 9% 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 4 tbsp
  • Water 1.5 tbsp
  • Bay leaf 3 pcs.
  • Cloves 3 pcs.
  • Black peppercorns 5 pcs.
  • Allspice, peas 3 pcs.

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the dogwood.

2. Marinade: heat water, add sugar, vinegar and bring to a boil.

3. Put the bay leaf, cloves, peppercorns on the bottom of the jars and dogwood on top. Pour the marinade over and sterilize for 20 minutes in a saucepan, and then preserve.
