Pancakes are one of the most ideal breakfast options. They take just 10 minutes to cook, are fried without oil, and are very airy and light. The most important thing is to make a good dough, which determines the taste of the dish.
Popular Ukrainian TV presenter Marichka Padalko shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious, very light homemade pancakes that will be extremely tasty with jam, condensed milk, and chocolate.
Recipe for tall and fluffy pancakes
Ingredients:
- eggs – 2 pcs.
- flour – 400 g
- baking powder – 2 tsp.
Homemade pancakes
- sugar – 8 tbsp
- melted butter – 8 tbsp
- milk – 500 ml
Method of preparation:
1. Mix flour with baking powder and sift through a sieve.

2. Add the sugar to the mixture.
3. Then pour in the milk and melted butter.

4. Add 2 eggs and beat thoroughly with a mixer.
