On Instagram, cook Yevhen shared a recipe for a lush and successful Charlotte pie made from the simplest dough.
Ingredients:
- eggs - 3-4-5 pcs.
- sugar
- flour
- a pinch of salt
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
- apples - 3-4-5 pcs.
Method of preparation:
1. Break the eggs, add sugar, salt and baking powder and beat again. It should be a very airy mass, like a mousse.
2. Apples can be peeled or not. It all depends on the variety. Cut into a large cube. And carefully add them to the dough.
3. Cover the mold with parchment. Pour the batter and bake the cake for 30-40 minutes at 180C.
