Low-calorie cocoa dessert: you only need 4 ingredients
This cocoa dessert is an ideal option for those who care about their figure but cannot give up sweets. The mass is very delicate – it resembles a soufflé, mousse, or thick yogurt. It requires only 4 ingredients and all of them are very simple, and most importantly, low-calorie.
The recipe was published on the Instagram page of Oksana Shatokhina (oksa_fit21).
Ingredients:
- ryazhenka 2.6% – 0.5 l
- cocoa – 2 tbsp
- sweetener – 1 tbsp or honey – 2-3 tsp
- gelatin – 15 g
Method of preparation:
1. Gelatin pour 50 ml of cold water.
2. Wait until it swells.
3. Melt on the fire without bringing it to a boil.
4. Beat the baked milk, cocoa, and sweetener with a blender (or by hand) until smooth.
5. Add gelatin cooled to room temperature.
6. Beat well again and pour into a serving bowl.
7. Put in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
8. Garnish with chocolate chips on top.
