A light salad without mayonnaise is an ideal solution if you are looking after your figure and health in general. You can easily combine any vegetables, herbs, and even fish in this dish. The simplest dressing option is olive oil and lemon juice.
Food blogger Tatiana Sheremet (tania_sheremet_) shared a recipe for a vegetable salad without mayonnaise on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- tomatoes - 2 pcs.
- cucumbers - 2 pcs
- tuna in oil - 160 g
- mixed salad - 200 g
- canned corn - 1b
- hard cheese - 100 g
- lemon juice
- olive oil
Method of preparation:
1. Tomatoes and hard cheese cut into cubes.
2. Cucumbers cut into slices.
3. Mix the chopped ingredients, adding the salad mix, canned corn, and tuna in oil. Mix well.
4. Season the salad with lemon juice and olive oil.
