Lean baked mushrooms: what to add for a bright flavor
Those who observe fashing also want to taste something special and festive sometimes. A good option would be to cook mushrooms. This dish does not contain any animal products, but it is still very tasty.
The idea of cooking such mushrooms was shared by cook_julija_simonchuk on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- champignons -1 kg
- garlic - 3-4 cloves
- Provence herbs - 1 tsp
- salt, pepper - to taste
- soy sauce - 50 ml
- olive oil - 2 tbsp
- herbs - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the champignons. If they are large, cut them.
2. Add all the ingredients except herbs and mix everything.
3. Leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes (depends on the size of the mushrooms).
5. If desired, add herbs at the end.

Ingredients:
- potatoes - 2 pcs
- carrots - 1 pc
- champignons - 200 g
- green peas - 1/2 jar
- pickles - 3 pcs
- green onions
- lean mayonnaise for dressing
Method of preparation:
1. Cover the potatoes and carrots with water and boil them in their skin until tender.
2. Cut the mushrooms in half, then each half in half lengthwise and chop into slices.
3. Fry in vegetable oil until tender.
4. Chop the cucumber and onion and put in a salad bowl.
5. Add the peas and fried mushrooms.
6. Peel the boiled vegetables and cut them into small squares.
7. Season the salad with mayonnaise, salt to taste, and mix.
