Ingredients:
- minced meat - 1 kg.
- rice - 1 cup
- cabbage - 1 medium

Method of preparation:
1. Braise cabbage in vegetable oil, gradually adding water, 20 minutes.
2. Add salt, pepper, dry garlic, washed rice and cooled stewed cabbage to the minced meat.
3. For the filling, fry the onion and carrots for 5-7 minutes.
4. Add sour cream, ketchup, spices, and a little water.
