Lazy pizza without dough in 5 minutes: share a recipe for a delicious dish
Pizza is one of the easiest, fastest, and most delicious dishes to prepare. You can make it with different doughs, even without flour, and with different toppings.
Cook Olha Holovina shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious pizza based on pita bread, with sausage and vegetable filling in a pan in just 5-10 minutes.
- round pita bread – 1 pc.
- sausage/ham/boiled chicken fillet – 200 g
- hard cheese – 200 g
- corn – 3 tbsp
- tomato – 1 pc
- sour cream/mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
- Tomato sauce – 2 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Put the first pita bread on a dry frying pan, and sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
2. Cover with the second pita bread, and spread with sour cream and tomato paste sauce.
3. Top with diced sausage, tomato slices and corn.
4. Sprinkle with grated cheese, cover, and cook the pizza for a few minutes over medium heat until the cheese is melted.
Pizza is best eaten hot!
