Pita - is a versatile product from which you can prepare complete dishes without spending a lot of time. There are many interpretations: frying, baking or raw. Also, pita is used to make desserts and replace traditional dough with it.

Triangular pita pizza

Ingredients:

  • Pita - 150 g
  • Ham - 150 g
  • Cheese - 100 g
  • Tomato - 150 g
  • Herbs - to taste
  • Natural yogurt / sour cream - 50 g
  • Tomato paste - 30 g
  • Mustard - 10 g
  • Salt, dry garlic - to taste
  • Yolk for greasing
  • Sesame - 10 g

Method of preparation:

  1. From the pita cut out a circle. Cut and smear with sauce.
  2. Ham, cheese, tomato and herbs cut and put on quarters of pita.
  3. Fold into a triangle.
  4. Grease with egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds and send to the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.

Chicken roll in pita

Ingredients:

  • <a href="https://food.obozrevatel.com/salatyi/tsezar-s-pekinskoj-kapustoj.htm" target="_blank">Chicken breast</a> - 2 pcs.
  • Tomato - 1 piece.
  • Suluguni cheese - 70 g
  • Mozzarella - 30 g
  • Natural yogurt or sour cream - 40 g
  • Large lavash - 1 pc.
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Egg yolk for greasing

Cooking method:

  1. Boil chicken breast, cool and finely chop.
  2. Mix chopped tomatoes and grated cheese.
  3. Salt, add yogurt.
  4. Spread pita bread, put stuffing on one part, roll up.
  5. Brush the top with egg yolk and put in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

Zucchini pita pie

  • Pita - 20 g
  • Grated zucchini - 300 g
  • Eggs - 4 pcs.

  • Sweet pepper - 1 pc.
  • <a href="https://food.obozrevatel.com/search/" target="_blank">Tomato</a> - 1 pc.
  • Salt, pepper, sesame seeds - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Cut thin pita into squares, grate zucchini on a medium grater.
  2. Tomato and pepper cut into small cubes.
  3. Mix all ingredients, add spices. Place the pie in a greased mold and bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
