If you want to make a delicious pie in a matter of minutes, but don't know what kind of dough is best for this, the answer will definitely surprise you, as it can be the simplest pita bread, with lots of greens and cheese.

On her YouTube channel, Top Chef judge and culinary expert Tetiana Litvinova shared a delicious and very simple recipe for a lazy Balkan pie that will definitely become your favorite.

Ingredients:

  • pita bread - 3 sheets
  • cheese - 250 g
  • cheese - 200 g
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • green onions - 30 g
  • parsley - 30 g
  • dill - 50 g
  • cilantro - 30 g
  • salt - 2 tsp.

For the filling:

  • yogurt - 300 ml
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • salt - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:

  1. In a separate bowl, mash the cottage cheese, and grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  2. Finely chop the greens, and mix them with the cheese mass.
  3. Add 3 eggs, and salt and mix well.
  4. Cut the pita bread into pieces to make rolls.
  5. Spread each piece generously with the filling and roll it up.
  6. Put into a baking dish, pour over the prepared yogurt, eggs, and salt filling, and "walk" the pita bread with a fork to soak it well.
  7. Put in the oven, and bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 C.

The cake is best served hot with cold sour cream.
