- pita bread - 50 g
- eggs - 1 pc
- chicken fillet - 50 g
- hard cheese - 20 g
- sour cream 15% - 30 g
- green onions
Method of preparation:
Make the filling

1. Boil egg and chicken fillet.
2. Grate the egg and cheese.
Add spices

3. Disassemble the fillet into fibers.
4. Chop onion.
5. Add salt, pepper, and spices (you can also add garlic).
6. Mix everything.
7. Make envelopes.
8. Fry in a pan.
