Lazy khachapuri without dough: how to cook a hearty and tasty dish

Homemade khachapuri can be made with dough, as well as simply with cottage cheese. If you want the dish to be tender, don't spare the hard cheese.
A cook shared a recipe for delicious, lazy khachapuri with cottage and hard cheese on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 150 g of cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp of flour
- 1/3 tsp of baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 30-50 g of sulguni/mozzarella
Method of preparation:
1. Add the white (keep the yolk for serving), flour, baking powder, and salt to the cottage cheese and mix well.
2. With wet hands, form khachapuri on parchment and bake at 180 C for 10 minutes.
3. Then top with grated cheese and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
