Ingredients:
- Flour 300g
- Kefir 200g
- Salt 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Soda 1/2 tsp
- Butter 40 g
- Suluguni cheese 150 g
- Dill 50 g
- Brynza 100 g (in general, the variant of stuffing choose to your taste)
Preparation method:
1. dough: to kefir add flour, salt, sugar, baking soda, mix and knead the dough, leave for 15-20 minutes.
