Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 350 g
- Coconut flakes - 2 tbsp
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Flour - 2-3 tbsp
- Vanilla sugar
- Poppy seeds - 1 tbsp
Method of preparation
1. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve and mix with sugar.

2. Add the coconut and poppy seeds. Then add the sifted flour, vanilla sugar and knead the dough.
