Lazy apple pie without dough "Three Glasses": Tetiana Litvinova shares a recipe for a summer dessert

Apples are the perfect fruit for baking, firstly, because they don't fall apart when cooked, and secondly, they give the dish a terrific flavor that offsets the sweet taste and adds a pleasant aroma. They also go well with sugar, cinnamon, honey, and nuts. Apples make delicious pancakes, pie fillings, and pie crusts.

Cook Tetiana Litvinova shared a recipe for a delicious Three Glasses apple pie on her YouTube channel, which always turns out well (to watch the video, scroll to the end).

For this pie, choose sour apples!

Ingredients:

  • Semolina - 160 g
  • Wheat flour - 130 g
  • Sugar - 180 g
  • Baking powder - 10 g
  • Apples - 5 pcs.
  • Butter - 30 g
  • Milk - 200 g
  • Lemon zest - 1 pc.
  • Almond flakes - 20 g

Method of preparation:

1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and semolina.

2. Wash and grate the apples on a medium grater, add the lemon zest and mix well.

3. Grease the mold and put the cake in layers, first with the dry mixture, then with the apples, and so on.

4. Pour the melted butter and milk on top of the pie and make sure to pierce the pie with a skewer so that the butter soaks all the layers.

5. Put in the oven and bake at 170 C for 35-40 minutes.

6. After 30 minutes, you can sprinkle the pie with almond slices and put it back in the oven to brown them.

The finished dessert is best served hot with a scoop of ice cream!
