Khachapuri with cheese in 15 minutes: how to make a simple dough
Delicious khachapuri with cheese can be prepared simply in a frying pan. You don't even need oil - just a dry frying container. And the elastic dough is deliciously made with kefir.
The idea of making khachapuri in 15 minutes is published on the Instagram page of food blogger Valeria with the nickname valeria pytel. You can take any favorite hard cheese that grates and melts well.
Ingredients:
- kefir - 300 ml.
- eggs - 1 pc.
- salt - 1 tsp.
- sugar - 1 tsp.
- oil - 3 tbsp.
- flour - 420 g
- baking powder - 10 g
Ingredients for the filling:
- cottage cheese - 300 g
- eggs - 1 pc.
Method of preparation:
1. Add the egg, salt, sugar, oil to the warm kefir and mix everything,
2. Add the baking powder to the flour and add to the liquid mass.
3. Knead the dough.
4. For the filling, add the egg to the cottage cheese.
5. Mix and form into four balls.
6. Divide the dough into 4 parts.
7. Roll out each of the parts, put the filling and fasten the edges to the middle, roll out again with a rolling pin.
8. Fry in a dry frying pan until golden brown.
9. Brush with butter.
