The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious homemade cabbage rolls with Chinese cabbage, bulgur, and minced meat.
Ingredients:
- 1 Chinese cabbage
- 500 g of minced beef
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 500 ml of tomato juice
- 50 g of bulgur
- 100 g of tomato paste + 400 ml water
- 1 tsp of sugar
- garlic, salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the onion, add to the minced meat along with the spices and bulgur.
2. Pour boiling water over the Chinese cabbage and cut off the white tails.
3. Grate and fry the carrots, add the tomato juice.
3. Form the cabbage rolls, put them in a frying pan with the sauce, and cook for 30 minutes under the lid on medium temperature.
