Ingredients:
For the pastry:
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- 20% sour cream - 250 g
- leavening agent - 1/2 tsp.
- flour - 100 g
- salt - to taste
For stuffing:
- green onions - 150 g
- hard-boiled eggs - 4 pcs.
- cheese - 100 g
- sour cream - 1 tbsp.
- spices - to taste
Way of preparation:
1.Stuffing: chop onions and boiled eggs. Grate cheese, mix all ingredients and add sour cream.
2. dough: beat eggs with sour cream, add flour and baking powder and mix well.
3. Pour half of the prepared batter into the mold, place the filling on top and again pour the remaining batter on top.
4. Bake the pie in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 C.
