How to serve the iconic Squirrel salad in a new way: without crystal salad bowls
More than one generation has known about the popular Squirrel salad. Traditionally, this dish was served in transparent crystal sets that were brought out only for major celebrations. But that was the tradition of the Soviet Union, and now there is a much more spectacular and modern version that requires lettuce leaves and a vetchin.

Ingredients:
- 2 processed cheeses
- 4 eggs
- garlic
- mayonnaise
- balyk / ham
- lettuce leaves
Method of preparation:

1. Grate the cheese.
2. Grate the eggs as well.
3. Squeeze the garlic.

4. Combine all components.
5. Add mayonnaise.
6. Mix well.

7. Take a piece of bread and put a drop of the prepared spread on it.
8. Put a leaf of greenery.
