The chef shared a recipe for delicious pickled salmon with onions and spices on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Fresh salmon – 300 g (or any type of salmon)
- Red onion – 1 pc.
- Green onion – 1 tbsp.
- Hot pepper – 1/2 pc. (more to taste)
- Coarse sea salt – 1 tsp
- Coriander seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Black peppercorns – 1/2 tsp
- Olive oil – 4-5 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Remove the bones from the fish and cut it into a large cube, and transfer it a bowl.
2. Add two types of onions, black pepper, salt, coriander seeds, and hot pepper ground in a mortar.
3. Combine all the ingredients and add olive oil, refrigerate for 4 hours.
