Ingredients:
- kefir1% - 120 ml
- egg - 1 pc
- corn starch - 60 g
- sugar substitute - to taste
- baking powder
- salt - a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients until smooth.
2. Bake on a well-heated non-stick frying pan. You can brush with a little oil using a brush.
3. Serve with your favorite fruits, sauces, and fillings.
But if you still prefer pancakes with flour, but you can't make them perfect, you should use the universal 3-cup formula.

Method of preparation:

3. In the process, pour in boiling water and cold milk at a time.
4. Pour in the flour and mix well.
