According to the recipe on hatalia1805pp's Instagram page, regular flour can be replaced with cornstarch.

Ingredients:

  • kefir1% - 120 ml
  • egg - 1 pc
  • corn starch - 60 g
  • sugar substitute - to taste
  • baking powder
  • salt - a pinch

Method of preparation:

1. Mix all the ingredients until smooth.

2. Bake on a well-heated non-stick frying pan. You can brush with a little oil using a brush.

3. Serve with your favorite fruits, sauces, and fillings.

But if you still prefer pancakes with flour, but you can't make them perfect, you should use the universal 3-cup formula.

  • vegetable oil - 40 ml
  • milk - 1 glass
  • boiling water - 1 cup
  • flour - 1 cup

Method of preparation:

1. Crack the eggs into a mixer bowl, add sugar and salt at once, and pour in the oil.

2. Beat the mixture with a mixer until fluffy.

3. In the process, pour in boiling water and cold milk at a time.

4. Pour in the flour and mix well.

5. Heat the pancake pan well, and pour in a little oil.

6. Fry on each side for 1 minute.

7. Serve with jam, honey, jam, or stuffed with salty filling.
