Grated pie is a delicious, simple and quick pastry prepared with shortcrust pastry. The recipe does not require specific ingredients, special skills, or much time. As a filling, you can use ordinary homemade jam, which is always available at home.

The recipe for grated pie with apricot jam was shared by food blogger Anastasia Baikovets on her Instagram page.

Ingredients:

  • flour - 400 g
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • butter - 200 g
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp
  • eggs - 1 pc
  • sugar - 100 g
  • salt - 1 pinch

Method of preparation:

1. Mix flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in a bowl.

2. Add the softened butter, egg and sour cream. Stir until smooth. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

3. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Put one in the refrigerator. Roll out the other and put into a mold. Form the sides.

4. Add the filling.

5. Grate the rest of the dough on top.

6. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
