How to prepare spectacular strawberry tiramisu: an idea for the most delicious summer dessert
Seasonal strawberries can be used to make many different desserts. And you don't even have to bake them. For example, try a spectacular tiramisu with these berries and delicate cream.
The idea of making summer strawberry tiramisu was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Polina with the nickname polli_cooking. For the base, you will need classic savoiardi cookies.
Strawberry tiramisu recipe

Ingredients:
- strawberries - 400 g
- sugar - 1-2 tbsp
- cream 33% - 200 ml.
- powdered sugar - 50 g
- mascarpone - 250 g
- savoiardi cookies - 200 g
- cocoa
Method of preparation:
Pour sugar over strawberries

1. Pour sugar over strawberries (the amount depends on how sweet the berry is).
2. Mash until heterogeneous.

3. For the cream, beat very cold, heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Put savoiardi cookies in a mold

4. Add powdered sugar and mascarpone and mix at low speed until smooth.
5. Dip each savoiardi biscuit in chopped strawberries and place on the bottom of the mold.

6. Cover the top with half of the cream, smoothing it over the entire surface. Next, add another layer of cookies and cream.
7. Sprinkle with cocoa and garnish with strawberry slices and mint leaves.

8. Put in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
