- eggs - 5 pcs
- sugar - 250 g
- butter - 200 g
- cottage cheese - 350-400 g
- flour - 400-450 g
- baking powder - 10 g
- apples - 2 pieces
Method of preparation:
1. Peel and chop the apples.
2. Beat eggs with sugar.
3. Add melted butter, cottage cheese, sifted flour and baking powder. Mix well. The batter should be quite thick.
