It turns out to be very satisfying, so you can eat it both on its own with bread and with first courses like cereals, pasta and salads.

  • meat
  • potatoes
  • salt, pepper
  • garlic
  • grain mustard
  • intestine

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the meat and potatoes into cubes. For 1 part of meat, take 2 parts of potatoes.

2. Mix all the necessary ingredients.

3. Stuff the intestine with the finished mass, form sausages and tie with a thread.

4. Put the sausages in boiling water and cook over low heat for 15-20 minutes. Remove and let cool.

5. Bake at 180-200 degrees until golden brown.
