How to prepare healthy Coleslaw salad at home
Spring ad summer egetables are ideal for preparing various dishes, especially salads. Firstly, they are easy to prepare, and secondly, they are healthy and budget-friendly.
Culinary expert Yevhen Klopotenko shared a recipe for the popular Coleslaw salad on his YouTube channel, which will be a great addition to any dish (to watch the video, scroll to the end).
Ingredients:
- carrots - 1 pc.
- white cabbage - 400 g
Sauce:
- sour cream, at least 20% - 50 g
- sweet mustard - 6 g
- grated horseradish - 6-10 g
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and peel the carrots.
2. Cut into thin strips.
3. Wash the cabbage and cut it into thin long strips.
4. Put the vegetables in a deep bowl.
5. For the sauce, grate horseradish, add mustard, salt, and pepper and season with sour cream. Mix well.
