How to prepare glazed cottage cheese bars for children
Both children and adults love sweet, glazed cottage cheese bars that come in a variety of flavors, with different jams and even condensed milk. However, they often have flavor stabilizers and a lot of sugar, which makes them unhealthy, especially for children.
Food blogger Masha Fomichova shared a recipe for healthy, tasty, and most importantly, safe glazed cottage cheese bars that everyone can eat and that are very quick to prepare on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- dark chocolate - 1 bar
- cottage cheese - 150 g
- honey - 1 tsp
- coconut flakes - a handful
Method of preparation:
- Melt the chocolate bar either in a water bath or in the microwave and stir.
- Grease the molds with the prepared chocolate and put them in the freezer for 20-30 minutes.
- Mix cottage cheese, honey, and coconut flakes in a blender.
- Take out the molds and put the mass in layers. First, add cottage cheese (you can also add jam) and then put in the freezer for 20 minutes. Then add chocolate on top and put them in the freezer for 2 hours.
Store the finished bars in the refrigerator.
