How to prepare delicious homemade apple lemonade for the winter: better than compotes
Zhyvchyk is a popular Ukrainian still apple lemonade that can be found in every store. But if you have a lot of homegrown fruit, you can make an equally good drink for the winter. It will be much healthier because it contains only natural ingredients.
The idea of making homemade apple lemonade was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Natalia Ryzhkova. You will use the harvest to your advantage.

Ingredients:
- apples - 12 liters (unpeeled and cut randomly)
- sugar - 0.5 liters
- citric acid - 25 g
- boiled water - 12 liters
Method of preparation:
Leave to brew.

1. Cut the apples and pour boiling water over them.
2. Let it brew for a day.

3. Then drain the juice.
4. Add sugar and acid.

5. Put on the fire and bring to a boil.

6. Once it boils, immediately remove from heat.
