1. Marinade based on honey and soy sauce
Ingredients:
- honey – 3 tbsp
- soy sauce – 5 tbsp
- garlic cloves – 4 cloves
- mustard – 2 tbsp.
- coriander and ground black pepper – 1 tsp
Method of preparation:
- Mix soy sauce and honey, add garlic and spices to this mixture, and mix well.
- Put the meat and pour the marinade, refrigerate for a day.
2. Marinade with red wine
Ingredients:
- dry red wine – 300-350 ml
- onion – 1-2 pcs.
- bay leaf – 2 pcs.
- fresh rosemary – 2 sprigs
Method of preparation:
- Cut the meat, season with salt and pepper, and squeeze the meat with your hands so that the seasonings reveal the taste of the meat.
- Peel the onion, cut it into rings, and squeeze it well with your hands so that it releases all the juice.
- Then add rosemary to the onion and leave it for 15 minutes.
- After the time has elapsed, put the onions to the meat and pour over the wine, add the bay leaf.
- Put the kebab in the refrigerator for a day to marinate well, or at least for 2-3 hours if you don't have time.
