1. Marinade based on honey and soy sauce

Ingredients:

  • honey – 3 tbsp
  • soy sauce – 5 tbsp
  • garlic cloves – 4 cloves
  • mustard – 2 tbsp.
  • coriander and ground black pepper – 1 tsp

Method of preparation:

  1. Mix soy sauce and honey, add garlic and spices to this mixture, and mix well.
  2. Put the meat and pour the marinade, refrigerate for a day.

2. Marinade with red wine

Ingredients:

  • dry red wine – 300-350 ml
  • onion – 1-2 pcs.
  • bay leaf – 2 pcs.
  • fresh rosemary – 2 sprigs

Method of preparation:

  1. Cut the meat, season with salt and pepper, and squeeze the meat with your hands so that the seasonings reveal the taste of the meat.
  2. Peel the onion, cut it into rings, and squeeze it well with your hands so that it releases all the juice.
  3. Then add rosemary to the onion and leave it for 15 minutes.
  4. After the time has elapsed, put the onions to the meat and pour over the wine, add the bay leaf.
  5. Put the kebab in the refrigerator for a day to marinate well, or at least for 2-3 hours if you don't have time.
