A recipe for an elementary apple dessert with oatmeal and cinnamon was shared on TikTok by Sydney food blogger Ayeh Far.
The process of making the dessert
This pudding is also suitable for vegetarians. If you need several servings, it is better to cook in the oven - it takes no more than 25 minutes. And if it's just for one person, you can use the microwave. It's as quick as possible – just 5 minutes.
Ingredients:
- apple
- cinnamon
- oatmeal
- almond flakes
- almond flour
- maple syrup
- coconut oil

Method of preparation:
- Peel the apple and cut it into small cubes.
- Place in a bowl, add maple syrup, cinnamon, and water, and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a small baking dish, tamp it down well, and level it.
- Grind the remaining ingredients into crumbs.
- Sprinkle on top of the apples.
- Bake at 180 degrees in the oven for 22-25 minutes. In the microwave at 350 degrees for 2-3 minutes. Apples should be soft when tested with a toothpick or fork.
