1. Pasta with celery

Ingredients:

  • spaghetti - 500 g
  • minced meat (beef + pork) - 400 g
  • onion - 150-200 g
  • carrots - 150-200 g
  • celery - 2 stalks
  • tomatoes - 500 g
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • dry red wine - 150 g
  • vegetable oil - 45 g
  • salt - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash all the vegetables well, cut them into cubes.
  2. Heat a frying pan, pour in the oil, add the chopped onion first, when it is slightly golden, add the rest of the vegetables.
  3. After a couple of minutes, add the minced meat and fry until cooked.
  4. At the very end, add chopped garlic, wine, tomatoes, stir, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for about 40 minutes.
  5. Boil the spaghetti and throw it into the pan with the rest of the ingredients, mix and serve.

2. Bolognese pasta with Parmesan cheese

Pasta Bolognese

Ingredients:

  • minced meat - 600 g
  • tomatoes - 4 pcs.
  • pepper - 2 pcs.
  • garlic - 2 cloves.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • olive oil - 1-2 tbsp.
  • Parmesan cheese - 40-50 g
  • basil - to taste
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Finely chop the onion and fry well until golden brown, then add the chopped garlic.
  2. Add the minced meat and fry until cooked.
  3. Wash and seed the peppers, cut them into slices and add to the minced meat, mix everything.
  4. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, peel them, cut them into medium slices and put them in the pan.
  5. At the very end, season everything well with salt and pepper and simmer until tender.
  6. Boil the spaghetti and mix it with the sauce.

Sprinkle the finished dish with grated parmesan and basil before serving.
