  • chicken fillet
  • onion
  • egg
  • fresh beet juice
  • salt, pepper, spices

Method of preparation:

1. Randomly cut the fillet.

2. Prepare the beet juice.

3. Combine all ingredients in a blender and beat until smooth.

4. Put the resulting mass on parchment and wrap it in a sausage.

5. Boil until tender.

  • warm milk - 250 ml
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • sugar - 1 tbsp
  • butter - 50 g
  • dry yeast - 10 g
  • flour - 500 g
  • salt - 1/3 tsp.
  • sausages
  • sesame seeds / grated cheese

Method of preparation:

1. Dissolve sugar and yeast in warm milk. Leave for 5-7 minutes.

2. Add the egg, salt and sifted flour.

3. Knead the dough on a hard surface, gradually adding the melted butter. Leave the finished dough in a warm place until it doubles in size.

4. Divide the dough into equal parts, each of which roll into a sausage. It should be slightly longer than the sausage.

5. Wrap the sausages. Put them on a baking sheet and let them stand for 20-30 minutes.

6. Brush the dough with beaten egg, and sprinkle with sesame seeds or cheese. Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown.
