Ingredients:
- live yeast - 25 g
- sugar - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp.
- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp
- warm water - 50 ml
- rye flour - 300 g
- all-purpose flour - 100 g

Method of preparation:
1. Add sugar to the yeast and dissolve in 50 ml of warm water. Stir and let stand for 10 minutes.
